How We Ship
Bundle of Joys is a dropshipping store. Products ship directly from our suppliers to your address. This means orders may arrive in separate packages and may be shipped from overseas. We're always upfront about this so you know what to expect.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a separate tracking email once your order is dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Australian orders over $75 AUD qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at miltomholdings@gmail.com.
Delivery Delays
Delays can occur due to high volume periods, customs clearance, weather events, carrier delays, or an incorrect delivery address. We are not liable for these delays but will always help resolve issues where we can.
Incorrect Address
Double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us immediately at miltomholdings@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check with neighbours, building management, and around your property first. If still unresolved after 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate. Claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
International Orders & Customs
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your country's customs authority. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. We have no control over customs processes.
