We want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we've made returns simple.
Our Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
How to Start a Return
Email us at miltomholdings@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorisation number and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. Email miltomholdings@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue and we'll sort it out.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Used, opened, or damaged items (damage caused after delivery)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Used personal hygiene products
- Items missing original packaging
- Sale items (unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at miltomholdings@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service for items over $75 AUD.
